What are the main factors that guided you to where you are now?
Setting achievable goals, taking a step-by-step approach to achieving them, and embracing lifelong learning are the main factors that guided me, as well as the fact that Saudi Arabia has that collaborative atmosphere that promotes success in the workplace for professionals in all fields. I’ve always had a high sense of responsibility and desire to learn new interesting things. I’m also a tech enthusiast, and I really enjoy bonding with my brother over our shared passion for technology. He’s an associate at the renowned EY, so we often find ourselves animatedly discussing the latest industry trends and innovations.
Given your years of experience and accomplishments, what would you say was your biggest achievement?
My greatest accomplishment is Having had the opportunity to work with and learn from talented, committed individuals from all over the world during my career.
I had the privilege to start as a competitive, high-achieving sales team member. I gained invaluable experience and developed qualities like determination, adaptability, and the ability to cope under pressure. Even though it was difficult at times, managing that atmosphere helped me form the skills and perspective I now use to be a proactive, dynamic team player and communications leader.
So while I’m proud of the individual accomplishments I’ve accumulated over the years, it’s that spirit of collaboration and mutual support that continues to drive me forward each day.
What is the quote that inspires you the most?
A quote by New York Times best-selling author Andy Andrews who once said “Every single thing you do matters. You have been created as one of a kind. You have been created to make a difference. You have within you the power to change the world.” This resonates with me because these are words I live by daily.
How would you balance the pursuit of wealth and success with personal fulfillment and happiness?
I believe every person has a different definition for wealth and success, to me, they are intertwined with personal fulfillment and happiness. St. John mentioned a point in a video I watched a few months back about his book (The 8 To Be Great) saying, “The cool thing is, when you do it for Love, the money comes anyway”. I mean, think about it: when you’re passionate about something, you’re more likely to perfect it. And that’s when the real rewards come flooding in—whether that’s financial success or something more meaningful. It’s a mindset shift that’s changed how I approach my journey.
What personality traits contributed to you being successful ?
I believe my success stems from a mix of grit, growth mindset, and curiosity. I am committed to continuous learning, and I’m not alone in this journey. Surrounding myself with brilliant minds and actively seeking out diverse perspectives have been a huge factor in developing key personality traits for success. Also through learning flexibility and cultural awareness, I’ve been able to navigate complex environments with confidence and ease. cultural awareness have helped me adapt to diverse environments.

I’m all about collaborative knowledge-sharing and cross-cultural communication of ideas that keep us agile, innovative, and responsive to evolving technology and community needs. In my current role as Partnerships and Communications Officer, I’m committed to establishing meaningful relations to maximize our positive influence and deliver great results for all.

Looking back on my professional journey, I would say the most valuable lesson I’ve learned is the importance of patience and perseverance. Despite the challenges I’ve faced, I’ve learned not to be deterred but to see them as opportunities for growth. My patience, combined with a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, has allowed me to consistently deliver results and establish myself as a valuable contributor, even when the path forward was not always clear. This has been instrumental in my ability to maintain my motivation to be my most productive and focused self.
